Above you’ll see Daniela Scotti, Randall Scotti, Lary Holland, Deborah Ann Courtney, and two other people that were involved in applying political pressure to the Family Court system of Frederick Maryland in order to right what in my opinion is little more than a corrupt money train railroad for an industry that makes money by destroying families. Frankly I find it both repugnant and intolerable, but a lot of people turn a blind eye to it.
My friend Paul had his whole life torn to shreds by “Kimberly Ann Whitmore”, who’s adopted father is a well to-do attorney in the fine and upstanding state of Maryland and sits on the “Board to retain sitting judges” which is a board appointed by the states Governor.
I won’t go into details of the divorce, but suffice it to say Paul was left with nothing, and she took Paul Sielski Jr. with her to Florida making it impossible for Paul to see his son.
A couple of years went by, and Paul was unable to pay the ludicrous amount of child support and alimony awarded to his Ex-Wife, and so fell into the rears. Frankly I’m aghast that they could reason a judgement that was far in excess of any amount Paul had made at any point in his life, but such is the family courts system of Frederick County Maryland.
Jim Gilchrist conspired with Paul’s Ex-Wife and testified that he had payed Paul large sums of cash, which is indeed false, and Jim even stiffed me on the development costs of the new Minuteman Project Web Site. (See my other blog entry for “Me and the Minuteman Project”). Why would Jim Gilchrist do that? Because Paul is the one who discovered that it was Jim Gilchrist and Steve Eichler who were robbing the Non-Profit organization blind. I can’t go into details on this, but suffice it to say the crooks were not happy their deception of the board was no longer working.
Jim Gilchrist conspired with his “good pal” Sheriff Mike Carona (click the link for some interesting facts about Sheriff Carona) who appears in Jim’s book “The Minuteman Project” Jim and Sheriff Carona conspired to have Paul arrested and detained in Orange County without a warrant the first day of the court proceedings regarding the dispute over the Minuteman Project.
There is some interesting things about Paul’s arrest that should really be looked into since the bail was incredible, and the “crime” that Paul was arrested for appeared to have a typo for the recommended bail.
Paul was imprisoned for almost a year (at least 9 months), until myself and a serious number of volunteers from Michigan had to put enough political pressure on the family courts system of Frederick Maryland in order to get Paul out.
I’ll leave out the finer details of the political activism, but suffice it to say that merely in a few hours thousands of people were made aware of the Frederick County Maryland dirty little secret.
We had people from all over the country handing out flyers. Here is a picture of the flyers getting printed at the local office supply store.

This is an interesting situation, where a Lunatic wanna be politician conspired with a murderous whore and had my friend thrown in jail for almost a year based solely on false testimony.

If you do your own research, you’ll find that there’s closer to about 17 of these Murder-Suicides within the last year or so alone, and if you go so far as to poke around in the court documents I’m sure you’d find the names of the majority of these people, quite possibly within the family court archives.
Suffice it to say, we had the courtroom packed at Paul’s trial, and the political heat was on. Frankly I had better things to do in my life, but if they were going to throw my friend in jail for greater than 20 years for failure to pay an incredulous judgement I had to see it for myself.
Here’s the video when we picked Paul up from the Frederick County Adult Detention Center:
